Refund policy
You have 30 days to request a refund, exchange and return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Exchanges:
Our main goal is customer satisfaction, exchanges and returns are always simple and easy. We work with the best suppliers in our segment.
If you received a product purchased on our website and for some reason you were not satisfied with it, you can exchange it for another unit of the item or even for another product on the website (if the product chosen is of a higher value, you will only need to pay the difference, if it is of a lower value, we will refund the difference). You have up to 30 CALENDAR days after delivery of the purchase. Just send us an email requesting the exchange of the product and stating the reason, within the stipulated period.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 15 business days.
Incorrect address:
We do not offer refunds if you have provided an incorrect address.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@Novavies.com.
